The assessment is very detailed and involves a lengthy form. The form can be sent to Dr. Doidge only by fax or mail. For privacy reasons do not email it to him. The doctor will be blocking off 20 minutes for you so please do not miss your appointment. The first appointment will be dedicated to understanding your problem by going over the form with you.
Typical assessment and treatment is 4-8 sessions, depending on the circumstances. This service DOES NOT focus on drug treatment.
